RETURN POLICY

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at Ralph Lauren, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:

• Bespoke customized goods (including those ordered using the RL Custom Shop)
• Perfume if the sealed packaging has been opened;
• Swimwear and underwear where hygiene strip had been removed (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip).
• Facemasks if the sealed packaging has been opened.

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. This is due to the length of time it takes for the parcel to reach our warehouse, the quality control checks and the time for the bank to process the refund. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.

This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Online:

We offer exchanges for online orders. To create an exchange order, click  here. You may only exchange your purchase for an alternative size, subject to stock availability.

Once you complete your online exchange request, an order will be placed on your behalf and you will receive a confirmation email and return label. You will have 2 weeks to return the original item to avoid further charges.

Orders placed using alternative online payment methods Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and Gift Cards are excluded from exchanges. If you have used one of these payment methods, please return the item for exchange for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Sale Items cannot be exchanged, only returned. 

In Store:

If you purchased your items at a Ralph Lauren store, you can exchange or return them within 30 days to the store where you made the purchase, presenting the original sales receipt.

Alternatively, online orders can be taken to your closest Ralph Lauren Store where our store teams can assist you in changing your item(s).

RETURNING A GIFT

Gift returns can be initiated in store or through our online process with only an order number and shipping post code.

Gift recipients who return an item will be issued a virtual gift card to use online. Personalised items cannot be returned.

A Virtual Gift Card will be issued instead of original method of payment.
