Returns Instructions - Making a return with us is simple and easy. All returns must be made via UPS, with the prepaid label you can download by clicking here. Simply package your goods up, fill in the returns form and add it in the parcel then put the returns label on the outside of the parcel You can then call UPS to arrange a collection on 03457 877 877 or drop it off at your local access point, details of which can be found here.
While most of our items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, some specific items cannot be returned.
These include bespoke customized items, fragrances that have been opened, and swim wear and underwear that have had the hygiene strip removed.
