To clean your watch please follow the steps below:

• Make sure that the crown is correctly screwed down or pushed depending on the model of your watch.
• Use slightly soapy water and a soft brush for the cleaning.
• Rinse it and dry it with a soft cloth.

Please avoid putting your leather or alligator strap under water

To ensure the water resistance of your watch, it must have been purchased less than two years ago (Ralph Lauren Sales Warranty). Or a service has been carried out in the last two years.

Watch Warranty

Ralph Lauren watches are guaranteed, subject to the exclusions mentioned hereunder, for 24 months from the date of purchase against any problem in the functioning of the watch and for an unlimited period against any manufacturing defect. The guarantee includes the battery replacement for quartz models.

Repair warranty
