If you were not home for your delivery, UPS will deliver your package to a nearby access point. You will receive an email letting you know your package has been redirected as well as an email when your order is ready to collect. The email will include the Access Point location and collection details. You will need to provide your Government Issued Photo ID which displays your full name or address that matches the package label.
