Online Returns:
Simply print and attach the prepaid UPS return label to the package and drop off your parcel at your nearest UPS collection point. Alternatively, you can contact UPS to arrange collection from an address of your choice. If you have lost your prepaid UPS return label or need further assistance with your return, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.
When preparing a return, do not include items from different orders in the same package. We will provide a label for each order through the online Returns portal, so you can track your return.
Returns must be shipped from the same country specified in the order's shipping address. Failure to do so may result in delays in the return's arrival at the warehouse (which may also delay the refund process)
In Store Returns:
For in-store returns, bring your item(s) to a Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL store within your return eligibility date.
Please note, products must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Bespoke customized goods (including those ordered using the RL Custom Shop) cannot be returned in store or online.
